TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- The Tallahassee Quarterback Club (TQC) Foundation, Inc., the Florida-based creator and sponsor of the Biletnikoff Award, has released the 2015 Biletnikoff Award preseason watch list and ULM wide receivers Rashon Ceaser and Ajalen Holley are both on the list. Ceaser and Holley combine to account for half of Sun Belt players on the watch list.
It is the second preseason honor for Ceaser as he was named to the Paul Hornung Award watch list earlier this month. In 2014, the Clinton, La., native finished with 77 receptions for 872 yards with three touchdown grabs. He finished his junior season with 12 receptions of 20 yards or more, including four receptions of 40 or more yards. His strong season netted him First Team All-Sun Belt Honors as well as Second Team All-Louisiana Honors.
For his career, the Warhawk wide receiver has tallied 2,098 receiving yards and sits in seventh place in the career record book (career leader: Stepfret Williams, 3,177 yards, 1992-95). He ranks eighth in ULM history with 162 career receptions (career leader: Brent Leonard, 209 receptions, 2009-12).
Holley, meanwhile, was a Second Team All-Sun Belt Selection a season ago. As a sophomore, he tallied 57 catches for 863 yards and a team-best seven touchdown grabs. He led the Warhawks in both receptions of 20 or more yards (13) and receptions of 40 or more yards (six).
In the home win over Idaho, the Hot Springs, Ark., native finished with six catches (one TD) for a career-best 175 yards en route to Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Week honors.
