NEW ORLEANS – The seeds and matchups for the 2019 Sun Belt Conference Men's Tennis Championship have been determined following the conclusion of the conference's regular season on Sunday evening.

The championship begins on Friday, April 19 and concludes on Sunday, April 21 at the Peachtree City Tennis Center in Peachtree City, Ga. Live coverage of Friday's quarterfinal matches can be heard on RadioTennis.com. The semifinal and championship matches are set for live coverage on ESPN+, available online and via the WatchESPN app. Live results are available on SunBeltSports.org.
 
Georgia State (14-9, 6-1 Sun Belt) clinched the championship's top seed for the fourth-straight season. With one non-conference match remaining, the Panthers have won seven of their last eight matches and posted consecutive wins in conference play to secure the regular-season title.
 
South Alabama (15-6, 5-1) closed the regular season with a couple of league wins of its own to sew up the No. 2 seed. The Jaguars have amassed 12 or more singles wins at the Nos. 2, 3, 5 and 6 spots, led by junior Loic Cloes' 12-match singles winning streak.
 
Coastal Carolina (15-7, 5-2) captured the No. 3 seed on the strength of a three-match winning streak entering the championship. The Chanticleers own the only win this season over top-seed Georgia State, a 4-0 triumph on April 6.

UTA (14-8, 4-2) solidified the No. 4 seed with a shutout victory over in its regular-season finale. The Mavericks bounced back from a 1-2 start in league play to reel off three-straight conference wins by identical 4-0 scores.
 
Louisiana (21-9, 3-4) as the No. 5 seed, Georgia Southern (15-10, 2-5) as the No. 6 seed, Troy (16-7, 1-6) as the No. 7 seed and Appalachian State (5-18, 1-6) as the No. 8 seed round out the eight-team bracket.
 
The championship gets underway on Friday with four quarterfinal matches at 1:30 and 5 p.m. ET. The quarterfinal winners advance to Saturday's semifinals both slated to begin at 3 p.m. ET. Sunday’s championship match is set for 1 p.m. ET.
