South Alabama Falls to Florida State in NCAA Women’s Tennis First Round

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – South Alabama’s 12th NCAA Tournament appearance ended in defeat as No. 11 Florida State dropped just one game in doubles and won three singles matches in three sets to win 4-0 in the first round of the 2019 NCAA Division I Women’s Tennis Championships on Friday afternoon at the Scott Speicher Memorial Tennis Center.

The Jaguars end their season at 22-5. The Seminoles move on to the second round with a 21-6 record.
