• The fall schedule rolls on for Sun Belt Conference men's and women's tennis over the next two weeks.
• South Alabama senior Loïc Cloes is set to compete in the
Oracle Intercollegiate Tennis Association Masters Sept. 26-29 in Malibu, Calif. Cloes is participating in the men's singles draw and the mixed doubles draw with North Carolina's Sara
Daavettila. He enters the tournament with a 3-0 singles record this fall and, dating back to the end of last season, an 18-match winning streak in singles play.
• Cloes opened the fall ranked 124th in singles and 37th in doubles with senior Clément Marzol in the preseason
Oracle/ITA Division I Men's National Rankings.
• Georgia State sophomore Eva Chivu entered the fall ranked 103rd in singles in the
Oracle/TA Division I Women's Tennis Rankings.
• Louisiana's John Breaux Cajun Tennis Classic on Sept. 27-29 is slated for coverage of the men's singles final on ESPN+ and Cox Sports Television.
• Troy had two players competing for individual titles in its first two fall tournaments.
Freshman Carles Anton won his first collegiate tournament championship, capturing the main draw singles title at the UTA Invitational in Chattanooga, Tenn. on Sept. 15. Junior Pelayo Antuña advanced to the singles final at the Mercer Gridiron Classic in Macon, Ga. on Sept. 23.

Georgia Southern junior Charlotte van Diemen collected four of the Eagles' nine singles wins at the Mercer Gridiron Classic.
• On the women's side, South Alabama had a strong showing at the Thomasville Invitational with
juniors Nikola Kohoutova and Cami Moreno going undefeated on the second day and the Jaguars going
undefeated as a team on the final day.
• Arkansas State
captured 12 singles and 4 doubles wins at the UCA Fall Invitational in Conway, Ark. to open its fall schedule.
• The Sun Belt looks to have a strong presence in the men's and women's draws at the Saint Francis Health System ITA All-American Championships. Both championships, scheduled for Oct. 5-13, are being played in the same location this year – Michael D. Case Tennis Center in Tulsa, Okla.
• The fall schedules for Sun Belt teams run through early November with the dual match portion of the season starting in late January.
• The 2020 Sun Belt Tennis Championships return to the Peachtree City Tennis Center in Peachtree City, Ga. The men's championship is April 16-19 and the women's championship is April 23-26.
