AROUND #SUNBELTTEN
• Seven Sun Belt Conference men’s tennis teams compete in 14 matches over the first full weekend of dual match play this spring.

• UTA opens its spring slate with a matchup at No. 5 Baylor. The Mavericks had a successful fall with six playing finishing tournament play with records above .500.

• Louisiana has started with its spring with a 3-1 record already. The Ragin' Cajuns started with three-straight wins before falling 5-2 at No. 28 Florida State. Louisiana came within two sets of claiming the match before the Seminoles stormed back to take three-set singles wins at the No. 3 and No. 1 positions.
 
• Georgia Southern has already opened its spring schedule as well with a pair of setbacks at Georgia Tech. Seniors Murphy McCullough and Santiago Suarez earned the only win for the Eagles with 6-1 victory at No. 1 doubles spot in the first match of the doubleheader.
 
• South Alabama participated in its final tournament of the season last weekend, playing in the Alabama Spring Shootout in Tuscaloosa, Ala. The Jaguars took a pair of doubles wins from the duos of seniors Loïc Cloes and Clément Marzol and sophomore Louis Delcour and freshman Sébastien Collard.
 
• The final fall Oracle/ITA Division I Men's National Rankings saw Cloes and Marzol ranked 30th in doubles and Cloes ranked 113th in singles.
 
• The 2020 Sun Belt Men's Tennis Championship returns to the Peachtree City Tennis Center in Peachtree City, Ga., on April 16-19.
