TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – After jumping out to an early lead, UTA (8-12) fell in six innings to the seventh ranked team in the country as the Arizona Wildcats (17-3) defeated the Mavericks 9-1 in its final game of the Easton Crimson Classic on Sunday inside Rhoads Stadium.

DAVIS, Calif. – Texas State earned another win on the 2020 season when it knocked off Saint Mary's (Calif.), 5-2, to start the final day of the Capital Classic. The Bobcats, however, fell to UC Davis, 4-2, to close out the five-game, three-day slate in California.

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Appalachian State defeated UNC Greensboro 2-1 to end the Spartan Classic on Sunday afternoon. Senior Sydney Holland threw a complete game no-hitter, the first of her career and the first since head coach Shelly Hoerner arrived at App State. The Mountaineers move to 11-7 on the season. UNCG falls to 11-6. Holland (7-2) allowed only three runners on base the entire game, with two walks and an error. She struck out four in her seventh win of the season.

AUBURN, Ala. – Three different Auburn pitchers combined on a four-hit shutout as the Tigers defeated visiting Georgia Southern, 6-0, in the final game of the Auburn Tiger Invitational on Sunday at Jane B. Moore Field in Auburn, Ala.
