 – Appalachian State volleyball posted its 10th Sun Belt victory of the season with a 25-14, 25-17, 25-20 victory over Georgia State on Friday evening inside the Holmes Center. App State has now won five in a row and stands at 18-7 overall and 10-3 in the Sun Belt. It marks the third time the Mountaineers have reached double digit Sun Belt victories since joining the league in 2014. The Black and Gold also hold a one game lead on Coastal Carolina for first place in the Sun Belt East Division.

Coastal Carolina 3, Georgia Southern 1

– The Coastal Carolina volleyball team won its fourth straight match Friday evening as the Chanticleers took down Georgia Southern in four sets (25-21, 17-25, 32-30, 25-18) at the HTC Center.

Little Rock 3, UTA 0
LITTLE ROCK, Ark.
– The Little Rock Trojans (16-10, 8-6) swept UT Arlington 3-0 Thursday night, answering Tuesday's loss with a strong bounce back victory and avenging its loss to the Mavericks suffered early in conference play.

Arkansas State 3, Texas State 2
JONESBORO, Ark.
– The Arkansas State women’s volleyball team defeated Texas State to snap the Bobcats’ 17-game win streak in five sets (25-18, 25-17, 25-19, 25-18, 15-13) Friday night at First National Bank Arena. With the win, A-State moves to 16-10 overall and 8-5 in Sun Belt action while the Bobcats fell to 22-6 overall and 13-1 in conference.

Louisiana 3, ULM 2
LAFAYETTE, La.
– Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Volleyball topped ULM in a five-set battle at Earl K. Long Gym on Friday which opened a home-and-home weekend set between the in-state foes. Louisiana (14-13, 6-7 Sun Belt) prevailed 3-2 (25-22, 22-25, 25-19, 19-25, 15-11) in a tough defensive bout which saw the Ragin' Cajuns out-block the Warhawks 12-8 and out-dig the visitors 95-88. The win kept the Ragin' Cajuns on track in the race for a spot in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament. With three matches remaining, Louisiana trails UT Arlington by 1-1/2 games for the fourth and final spot from the Sun Belt West Division.
