LAFAYETTE, La. – Anthony Duruji scored all 15 of his points in the second half, including five during a decisive 24-6 run, as Louisiana Tech sank a season-high 13 3-pointers and used a big second half to defeat the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns, 83-62, on Saturday at the Cajundome. DaQuan Bracey scored a team-high 16 points to lead four players in double figures as Louisiana Tech (9-3) won its fifth straight game and claimed its first win in the Cajundome since a 61-59 victory on November 15, 2008.

EDINBURG, Texas – Tre'Larenz Nottingham scored 19 points to lead four players in double figures as the Texas State men's basketball team won its eighth straight game with a 77-68 victory at the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley on Saturday night in UTRGV Fieldhouse. In addition to Nottingham's 19 points, Nijal Pearson added 16 points, Eric Terry had 15 points and Alex Peacock netted 10. Lesley Varner II led UTRGV with a game-high 20 points and Tyson Smith scored 16.
