College of Charleston 73, Coastal Carolina 71
CHARLESTON. S.C.
 – Zac Cuthbertson collected his sixth double-double of the season, but in the end, the home-standing Cougars of Charleston came away with a 73-71 victory.
 
Radford 80, Georgia Southern 68
RADFORD, Va.
– Travis Fields Jr. tallied 18 points, five steals and four assists, and Radford shot 57 percent in the second half to pull away from Georgia Southern and post an 80-68 men's basketball win over the Eagles Friday evening in the Dedmon Center.

Troy 74, UAB 73
BIRMINGHAM, Ala.
– Senior Jordon Varnado capped off a career night with a mid-range go-ahead jumper with 11 seconds remaining to lift Troy over UAB, 74-73 in non-conference basketball action inside of Bartow Arena on Friday night.  Friday's victory marks the first win over the Blazers (7-5) in the Troy's (6-5) history and the nail-biting win gave UAB its first loss inside of Bartow Arena this season. 

ULM 80, Coppin State 63
MONROE, La.
– Travis Munnings scored a career-high 32 points with eight 3-pointers and Louisiana-Monroe beat winless Coppin State 80-63 on Friday night. Daishon Smith scored 19 with six rebounds, five assists and three steals for the Warhawks (7-4) and Michael Ertel added 13 points in their fourth straight win. Louisiana-Monroe is averaging 80 points per game in their last four. The Warhawks made 13 of 25 from 3-point range and half their 52 field-goal attempts.

UTA 75, Cal Poly 70 (ot)
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif.
– TiAndre Jackson-Young scored 18 points and UTA sealed it at the foul line in the final seconds of overtime to beat Cal Poly 75-70 on Friday. It was the first road win of the season for UT Arlington (4-8). Bryant Warren, DJ Bryant and Radshad Davis each made a pair of free throws in the final 31 seconds. Their free throws followed Donovan Fields' 3-pointer for Cal Poly, which gave the Mustangs their last led at 70-69 with 43 seconds left.
