Georgia Southern 10, Presbyterian 5
STATESBORO
- Georgia Southern Baseball opened a five game week by rallying for a 10-5 win over Presbyterian College on Tuesday night at the friendly confines. The Eagles trailed 5-0 early, but scored 10 unanswered runs, including eight in the eighth inning to take the win. Georgia Southern continues the week on Wednesday against the College of Charleston at Historic Grayson Stadium. Tickets are just $10 for the game that starts at 6 p.m.

South Alabama 15, Southern Miss 6
HATTIESBURG, Miss.
– The University of South Alabama baseball team overcame a five-run deficit to defeat Southern Miss 15-6 Tuesday at Pete Taylor Park.

Southern Miss (17-9) plated five runs in the bottom of the first inning, but South Alabama (13-14) outscored the Golden Eagles 15-1 over the final seven innings to snap a five-game losing skid. USA will return to action Wednesday when it travels to Baton Rouge, La., for a 6 p.m. contest against No. 9 LSU.

Troy 8, Alabama 4
TUSCALOOSA, Ala.
– Sophomore Reed Smith blasted a two-out grand slam in the top of the second to help propel Troy to an 8-4 victory over in-state foe Alabama at Sewell-Thomas Stadium Tuesday night.

Smith put an 0-1 pitch off the scoreboard to get the Trojans' (14-14) bats up and running – his third career homer and first career grand slam. Troy followed up the four-run frame with a three-run third on its way to its first win over the Crimson Tide (20-10) in Tuscaloosa since 2007.

Louisiana 8, Southeastern La. 2 (Coach Robe Wins 900th at Louisiana)
LAFAYETTE
– Hot bats and a dazzling display on the hill by sophomore Logan Savoy were the recipe for success on Tuesday evening as Louisiana took down Southeastern Louisiana, 8-2, at Russo Park.

The victory was a historic one as well, serving as career win No. 900 for head coach Tony Robichaux while at the helm of the Ragin' Cajuns' program. Robichaux entered the season as the eighth-winningest active head coach in Division I baseball and now has 1,163 overall wins in his career.

Texas State 14, UTSA 1
SAN MARCOS, Texas
– The Texas State baseball team (19-10) combined to tally 11 runs in the third and fourth innings to put away UTSA (13-16) at Bobcat Ballpark by the score of 14-1 Tuesday evening.

Wake Forest 10, Appalachian State 6
BOONE, N.C.
— A four-run third inning helped Appalachian State Baseball take a two-run lead into the fifth inning against visiting Wake Forest, but the Demon Deacons used a power surge to claim a 10-6 win at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium on Tuesday night.

Southern Illinois 4, Arkansas State 3

– The Arkansas State baseball team fell to Southern Illinois 4-3 Tuesday evening at Tomlinson Stadium. With the loss, the Red Wolves dropped to 19-10 overall while SIU improved to 15-10.

Illinois 4, No. 19 Coastal Carolina 2
Champaign, Ill.
– Coastal Carolina baseball saw a four-run first inning by Illinois prove to be the difference, as the Fighting Illini held on for a 4-2 non-conference home win over the No. 19 Chanticleers on Tuesday night at Illinois Field in Champaign, Ill.
