CONROE, Texas
– ULM continued its road trip with day two of the Scrap Yard Tournament on Saturday, Feb. 15, at the Scrap Yard Sports Complex in Conroe, Texas. ULM (3-5) fell twice on the day, losing in a rematch against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, 5-1, and then lost later in the day to UAB, 7-0.

Coastal Carolina 15, Northern Illinois 2 - Game 1
Coastal Carolina 10, Delaware State 0 (5 inn.) - Game 2

– On Saturday of day two of the Residence Inn Battle at the Beach, the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers exploded for 25 runs in 10 innings to pick up two wins over the Northern Illinois Huskies and the Delaware State Hornets.

Texas State 12, Saint Louis 0 (5 inn.) - Game 1
Texas State 5, Wichita State 3 - Game 2
SAN MARCOS, Texas
– Texas State (6-2) hit five home runs and powered its way to a pair of victories on the third day of the Bobcat Classic. Texas State began the day with four home runs in a 12-0 victory over Saint Louis (2-5) and added another home run to break a 3-3 tie against Wichita State (5-4) in the second game.

Appalachian State 2, Lehigh 1 - Game 1
Appalachian State 10, Saint Joseph's 3 - Game 2
ORLANDO, Fla.
– Appalachian State finished day two of the D9 Citrus Blossom Tournament with two wins, moving to 4-0 on the weekend. The Mountaineers took down Lehigh 2-1 in extra innings and followed it up with a 10-3 win over Saint Joseph's.

Georgia Southern 5, Bethune-Cookman 1 - Game 1
Georgia Southern 4, Charleston Southern 0 - Game 2
ORLANDO, Fla.
 – Georgia Southern notched a pair of wins on Saturday at the Citrus Classic, downing Bethune-Cookman and Charleston Southern at the Disney/ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando. The Eagles (7-2) earned a 5-1 win over Bethune-Cookman in the first game, then blanked Charleston Southern, 4-0, in their second contest.

Louisiana 7, Samford 0 - Game 1

LAFAYETTE, La.
– 12th-ranked Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball completed its season-opening homestand with a sweep on Saturday, finished off with a 2-1 win over No. 7 LSU in the first Top 25 test of the season in front of a record crowd of 3,107 at Yvette Girouard Field at Lamson Park. The win in the nightcap marked the 100th career win for head coach Gerry Glasco, now in his third season with the Ragin' Cajuns (7-1). Earlier in the day, the Ragin' Cajuns kept their win streak alive with a 7-0 win over Samford (4-4), an outcome which had little doubt remaining after a first-inning grand slam from Alissa Dalton.

Southeast Missouri State 13, Troy 3 - Game 1

TROY, Ala.
– Troy bounced back from a loss to Southeast Missouri, 13-3, with a three-hit shutout victory over Eastern Illinois, 3-0, in the nightcap of the second day of the Troy Invitational Saturday at the Troy Softball Complex.

South Alabama 9, Austin Peay 8 - Game 1
South Alabama 7, Evansville 6 - Game 2
MOBILE, Ala.
– Allie Hughen delivered a walk-off double in the night cap against Evansville and South Alabama scored three in the sixth in the opener versus Austin Peay to pick up a pair of late-inning victories Saturday at the Jaguar Challenge held at Jaguar Field. South defeated Evansville, 7-6 and Austin Peay, 9-8.

MADEIRA BEACH, Fla. –  Georgia State wrapped up THE Spring Games with losses to Butler and Akron and a win over Monmouth.

ARLINGTON, Texas
– Behind Kimber Cortemelia's perfect day at the plate the UT Arlington softball team went on to hit a combined five long balls and score 23 runs in its doubleheader, crushing both of its opponents by the run-rule as the Mavericks defeated Stephen F. Austin 11-3 in the first game before walloping Kansas City by the score of 12-3 in the nightcap at Allan Saxe Field on Saturday.
