ORLANDO, Fla. – Appalachian State ended its weekend in Florida undefeated, finishing with a 2-0 win over Bethune-Cookman to finish 5-0. This is the second straight season the Mountaineers have swept a weekend tournament, sweeping the Holy City Showdown a season ago.

CONWAY, S.C. – On the final day of the Residence Inn Battle at the Beach, the Chanticleer softball (5-3) overmatched the Delaware State Hornets for a second-straight day as they were victorious by the score of 13-0 in just five innings. Coastal Carolina batted around in  11-run second inning to separate themselves from their opponent.

MADEIRA BEACH, Fla. –  Georgia State wrapped up THE Spring Games with losses to Butler and Akron and a win over Monmouth.

ARLINGTON, Texas – After winning four straight games, including the last three of which coming by way of the run-rule, UTA finally lost a game in the Maverick Classic as it fell to Kent State 1-0 in a pitcher's duel at Allan Saxe Field on Sunday afternoon.

BATON ROUGE, La. – No. 7 LSU used a two-run first inning to stay one step ahead of the 12th-ranked Louisiana and claimed a 4-3 win in the rematch of the weekend home-and-home set between the two programs.
