NEW ORLEANS – Troy’s Keith Warner and Alexiana Hinote each led their squads with top marks to earn Sun Belt Cross Country Runners of the Week honors. 
 
Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week
Keith Warner, Troy

Troy’s Keith Warner finished in the top 25 at the FSU XC Invitational over the weekend. His top 25 marked his second of 2024 and fourth in his two-year career. The Spain Park HS graduate timed at 25:40.80, beating out runners from Navy, USF and Jacksonville State.
 
Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week
Alexiana Hinote, Troy

Troy’s Alexiana Hinote led the women’s side for the fourth straight meet at the FSU XC Invitational over the weekend. The Spanish Fort, Ala. native broke her personal best by nearly 37 seconds (18:17.60) to finish 28th in her third top-30 finish.
