Baseball Pitcher of the Week
Bryce Blevins, Marshall
(So., LHP – Louisa, Ky.)  
 
Thundering Herd sophomore left-handed pitcher Bryce Blevins posted his sixth quality start of the season to become the third-ever four-time Sun Belt weekly award recipient in a single season. The Louisa, Ky., native struck out a career-high 11 in 7.0 innings of work, while holding Georgia State hitters to a .167 batting average. Blevins conceded just one run on four hits to pick up his third win on the season. He paces the Sun Belt with a 2.59 ERA, which ranks 21st in NCAA Division I, and sits fifth in the conference with 65 strikeouts on the year. 

Baseball Player of the Week
Kyle Mock, Troy
(Sr., DH – Orlando, Fla.)   

Trojans senior designated hitter Kyle Mock hit .500 (7-for-14) in a 3-1 week for Troy—including .636 (7-for-11) in a series victory over conference-leading Louisiana. The Orlando, Fla., native tallied two doubles, two home runs, four runs scored and 10 RBI, with the majority of those stats coming against the Ragin’ Cajuns. Mock also posted a 1.627 OPS, as the Trojans—winners of 12 of their last 15 conference games—climbed to within two games of the conference lead with two weekends remaining on the league slate.
