NEW ORLEANS – Georgia Southern’s Kishyah Anderson put up back-to-back double-doubles, earning her third Sun Belt women’s basketball player of the week nod of the season.

Anderson notched a pair of double-doubles over the last week, leading Georgia Southern to two wins that moved them into first place in the Sun Belt standings. On Wednesday she netted 21-points and 11 rebounds in the Eagles' 69-60 win over Arkansas State, while also adding a season-high six blocks. She ended the week with a 23-point and 10 rebound performance in Saturday's 67-56 win over Coastal Carolina.
 
The senior has produced seven 20+ point and nine 10+ rebound performances this season and joins Marshall’s Timaya Lewis-Eutsey as the only two players to earn the Sun Belt’s weekly honor three times this season.
