Bracket Set for 2026 Visit Pensacola Sun Belt Women’s Basketball Championship Presented by Air Force Reserve

NEW ORLEANS – Seedings and matchups for the 2026 Visit Pensacola Sun Belt Women’s Basketball Championship presented by Air Force Reserve were announced Friday evening following the conclusion of the regular season. 
 
The 2026 Visit Pensacola Sun Belt Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championship presented by Air Force Reserve will take place March 3-9 at the Pensacola Bay Center in Pensacola, Fla., with all 14 Sun Belt institutions competing in the single-elimination tournament.
 
Georgia Southern claimed the outright regular-season championship and top seed with a 16-2 record in league play. The Eagles were selected to finish 10th in the league in the preseason poll, voted on by the leagues head coaches.
 
The top four seeds in the tournament include: (1) Georgia Southern, (2) Troy, (3) Arkansas State and (4) James Madison.
 
Arkansas State and James Madison earned byes into the quarterfinals that take place Saturday, March 7, while Georgia Southern and Troy earned byes into the semifinals on Sunday, March 8. The championship game is set for Monday, March 9.

All games will be broadcast on ESPN+ with the championship game televised on ESPNU.
