Baseball Pitcher of the Week
Ckyler Tengler, Arkansas State 
(RS Jr., RHP – Searcy, Ark.)
 
Red Wolves redshirt junior right-handed pitcher Ckyler Tengler tossed the seventh no-hitter in program history in a 12-0 mid-week victory over in-state foe Little Rock. The Searcy, Ark., product needed just 93 pitches over the 9.0 inning outing, qualifying for a Maddux—a complete-game shutout in under 100 pitches. Tengler allowed just one baserunner, on a fourth inning hit-by-pitch, while fanning nine hitters. He added a 10th strikeout in a 1.0 inning relief outing, holding opposing batters to a .065 batting average across the two appearances. 
 
Baseball Player of the Week 
Will Johnson, Old Dominion 
(Jr., SS – Allen, Texas)
 
Monarchs junior shortstop Will Johnson hit .529 (9-for-17) to lead Old Dominion to a 3-1 week, including a series victory over nationally-ranked Coastal Carolina. The Allen, Texas, native accumulated two doubles, a home run, four RBI and five runs scored. Johnson recorded multiple hits and at least one run scored in all three games against the Chanticleers. In the Monarchs two wins over conference-leading Coastal Carolina, he drove in a pair of runs—headlined by a leadoff solo shot that gave Old Dominion a lead it would never relinquish in the series-clincher.
