The Sun Belt’s first-ever appearance in the College World Series championship series in 2025 came on the heels of a four-season span in which it sent 14 teams to NCAA Baseball Regionals, 10 to NCAA Baseball Regional finals and two to NCAA Baseball Super Regionals. With five teams in NCAA Baseball Regionals in 2026, the conference will look to add to those tallies.

The winner of each double-elimination regional tournament will compete in NCAA Super Regionals from June 5-8, with the Super Regional victors advancing to the 2026 College World Series in Omaha, Neb., from June 12-22.
