AWARDS AND ACCOLADES
• Achieve multiple national award recognitions for student-athletes (included but not limited NCAA Elite 90, NCAA Woman of the Year, Campbell Trophy, Rhodes Scholar).
• Ensure student-athlete selection and participation in national outreach programs for Leadership and Career Development.
COMPETITIVE
• Regularly finish in the top 2 in the Group of Five based on non-conference winning percentage, rankings and the number of Autonomy Five wins.
• Annually earn multiple team and individual at-large bids to NCAA Championships.
• Regularly compete in a New Year's Six Bowl.
BRANDING
• Develop a consistent brand and message among internal and external communications.
• Increase the total number of followers among our four media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube) by 200% over the next five years.
RESOURCE GENERATION
• Increase Conference revenue distribution to its members by 50%.

STUDENT-ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT
• Annually provide exceptional education for student-athletes and athletic department personnel in the areas of mental health, wellness, and safety on each campus.
• Provide mental health services and educational programming to address the needs of student-athletes and their sport.
• Implement two Conference wide initiatives each academic year focused on community service, student-athlete health and wellness, diversity and inclusion, or student-athlete development.
• Ensure every student-athlete has access to educational programming in time management, financial literacy, career development, and etiquette on each campus.
• Engage student-athletes in levels of the Conference governance structure.
ACADEMICS
• Graduate 100% of student-athletes that exhaust eligibility.
• Provide the opportunity for every student-athlete to complete their degree*
CHAMPIONSHIPS
• Exceptional championship experiences for our student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and fans.
POST-GRADUATION
• Increase Conference postgraduate scholarship monies awarded to student-athletes by 50%.
• Engage annually 100% of student-athletes who are exhausting eligibility to connect with industry professionals to create postgraduate internships and employment opportunities.
