Constantine Svingos was hired by the Sun Belt Conference as Director of Creative Video in November 2023, and currently shoots, edits and creates original video content for the conference’s social media channels, website, in-venue assets, commercial inventory and other media distribution platforms.
Svingos joined the Sun Belt following nearly two years as Assistant Director of Creative Video at conference member the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. While in Lafayette, he worked with the Ragin’ Cajuns women’s soccer, men’s basketball and softball programs, shooting three conference championships, two regionals, a super regional and a March Madness appearance during his tenure.
Svingos served as a student videographer at conference member Marshall University from 2016-21. While there, he worked primarily with the Thundering Herd football team, traveling to all regular-season and Bowl Season games, filming practice for coaches film and producing in-house highlight videos on a weekly basis.
A native of Huntington, W.Va., Svingos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Business Marketing from Marshall University (2020). After finding his love of storytelling through video by filming a special needs prom in high school, Svingos has dedicated his career to the passion.
