  • Three teams have locked up tournament berths for the Volleyball Championship set for later this month. Coastal Carolina, Arkansas State and Texas State have each earned a berth. CCU is the East Division Champion and will be one of the top two seeds in the tournament.
  • Little Rock’s next block will be the 300th of the season — a feat that has only been done six times in program history. Little Rock has the third-most blocks in Division I with 299.5 and has the fourth-most blocks per set with 3.09.
  • Carolee Dillard and Edina Selimovic rank No. 1 and 2 for total blocks and blocks per set in the Sun Belt.
  • Texas State will be on the road for its final four matches of the regular season, beginning with a pair of tilts in Arkansas this weekend. The defending league champs have not dropped a single set since falling 3-1 to the Bobcats on Oct. 7 in San Marcos.
  • Micah Dinwiddie was selected as the Sun Belt Conference Defensive Player and Freshman of the Week on Oct. 31. This marked the third-straight rookie laurel for the Lewisville, Texas, native, and also marked the second time in three weeks she has been bestowed top defensive honors.
  • Arkansas State’s Mallory Warrington ranks third all-time on the Red Wolves’ career assists list with 4,042. Her 1,118 assists for the 2016 campaign rank as the most in the NCAA currently while her 11.89 per set average is second in the nation. She recently became the ninth member of Arkansas State’s 1,000-1,000 Club with her career assist total and now has 1,092 digs.
