Over the first week of the season, Louisiana sophomore center Ty'Reona Doucet recorded two double-doubles in Louisiana's first two games of the season ... Doucet grabbed 22 rebounds, a single-game school record for rebounds (breaking a record that was set in 1988) and she added 29 points in the Ragin' Cajuns 70-59 win over McNeese State on Sunday, Nov. 11 ... The 22 rebounds are the most in the Sun Belt over the first week of the season and thus far is the best performance in the country ... In Louisiana's season-opener Doucet finished with 18 points and grabbed 15 rebounds on Tuesday, Nov. 6 ... Overall she averaged 18.5 rebounds per game and 23.5 points per game over the first week of the season.
