NEW ORLEANS – Marshall’s Timaya Lewis-Eutsey led Marshall to three consecutive victories over the last week to earn Sun Belt women’s basketball player of the week honors.

Lewis-Eutsey scored in double figures in all three of Marshall’s wins over the last week. In the win over Salem she had 17 points and a season high seven steals. Against USC Upstate she had 17 points, six assists and five steals.  Versus IU Indy she had 18 points and five assists.  

The transfer guard leads the team averaging 13.0 PPG, which ranks 16^th in the Sun Belt.
