Georgia State 76, Appalachian State 65
ATLANTA
– Georgia State jumped out to an early lead and led throughout to top Appalachian State 76-65 on Thursday night at the GSU Sports Arena. Justin Roberts led Georgia State (17-9, 10-5 Sun Belt Conference) with 17 points, four rebounds, and four assists while knocking down five of the Panthers' 13 3-pointers.

Georgia Southern 79, Coastal Carolina 69
STATESBORO, Ga.
– Isaiah Crawley scored 20 points, Georgia Southern forced 17 turnovers and held Coastal Carolina without a 3-pointer to earn a 79-69 Sun Belt Conference win over the Chanticleers Thursday night in Hanner Fieldhouse. 

ULM 74, Troy 71
TROY, Ala.
– Michael Ertel scored a game-high 23 points as ULM recorded its first road win of the season and snapped a 10-game losing streak with a 74-71 victory over Troy Thursday night in Trojan Arena. The Warhawks, who opened the new year with a 79-63 home-court win over the Trojans on Jan. 2, also completed the regular-season series sweep over Troy.

Texas State 74, Little Rock 66
SAN MARCOS, Texas
– Sophomore forward Alonzo Sule could not be stopped as he turned in his second double-double this season with a career-high 26 points and added 10 rebounds as Texas State snapped Little Rock's seven-game winning streak with a 74-66 decision on Thursday night at Strahan Arena. 

UTA 77, Arkansas State 67
ARLINGTON, Texas
– ehind a monster double-double performance from Radshad Davis and a game-high 19 points from Sam Griffin, UTA (11-15, 7-8 Sun Belt Conference) picked up a much-needed 77-67 win over Arkansas State (15-11, 7-8 Sun Belt) Thursday night inside the College Park Center.

South Alabama 78, Louisiana 75
MOBILE, Ala.
– Andre Fox and Trhae Mitchell scored 20 points each while Chad Lott added 15 points and 10 rebounds to help lead South Alabama to a 78-75 Sun Belt Conference men's basketball victory on Thursday at the Mitchell Center. Fox was 4-of-8 from three-point range and Mitchell also contributed nine rebounds and five assists to help the Jaguars (15-11, 8-7 Sun Belt) to their third win in a row.  Herb McGee and John Pettway chipped in with eight points apiece as well for South.
