NEW ORLEANS – Marshall’s Madeline Hart and Grace Kelsheimer each displayed impressive showings to earn Sun Belt Conference Women’s Swimmer and Diver of the Week honors.
Women’s Swimmer of the Week
Madeline Hart, Marshall

Marshall’s Madeline Hart competed in the 200 Medley Relay, winning with an anchor leg of 24.13 on Friday. She competed twice in the 200 Fly, winning each of the two knockout rounds, finishing in a time of 2:10.61 and 2:04.05 respectively. She finished the evening leading off the 400 Free Relay in a time of 53.32.
Saturday morning, Hart raced the second leg of the winning 200 Free Relay Team in 23.44 and set a pool record of 1:33.72. Her second swim of the morning was the 200 Fly, winning the event in an SBC leading time of 2:01.66. Her second relay performance was the anchor leg (23.18) of the 200 Medley Relay. Hart’s final individual swim was the 100 Fly, winning the knockout event and breaking the Duquesne Pool record in a time of 54.79, which also leads the SBC this season.
Women’s Diver of the Week
Grace Kelsheimer, Marshall

Senior Grace Kelsheimer finished The Herd's meet against Duquesne winning on both 1m and 3m with scores of 289.88 and 279.90. Kelsheimer earns her second weekly honor of the year with a pair of NCAA Zone Diving Qualifying scores.
