NEW ORLEANS – Reigning champion and 15th-ranked Georgia State is the top seed for the 2024 Sun Belt Conference Beach Volleyball Championship, set for April 25-27 at the John Hunt Sand Volleyball Complex in Huntsville, Ala.

The Sun Belt Beach Volleyball Championship features a three-day, double-elimination format to determine the champion. The winner of the Sun Belt Championship will earn an automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA National Collegiate Beach Volleyball Championship which will be held May 3-5 in Gulf Shores, Ala.

All eight Sun Belt Beach Volleyball programs will compete in the event, including Coastal Carolina, Charleston, Georgia State, ULM, Mercer, Southern Miss, Stephen F. Austin and UNCW.
 
In the Sun Belt’s inaugural campaign sponsoring beach volleyball last season, Georgia State captured the crown in dominant fashion as none of the Panthers’ five pairs dropped a single match.

The entire 2024 Sun Belt Beach Volleyball Championship will be broadcast live on ESPN+.
