NEW ORLEANS – The Sun Belt Conference will conduct its annual Basketball Media Days ahead of the 2025-26 season October 21-22 via Zoom.
All 14 Sun Belt women’s basketball head coaches will be available in designated time slots on Tuesday, October 21 beginning at 11:30 a.m. ET/10:30 a.m. CT, followed by each of the conference's men’s basketball head coaches on Wednesday, October 22.
Chair of the 2025-26 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Committee and Sun Belt Conference Commissioner Keith Gill will open Men's Basketball Media Day on Oct. 22 with an address and time for media questions at 11:15 a.m. ET/10:15 a.m. CT.
A full recording of Basketball Media Day interviews will be made available on SunBeltSports.org and the Sun Belt Conference YouTube page following the conclusion of the event.
The Sun Belt Women’s Basketball Preseason Coaches’ Poll and Preseason All-Conference Teams will be announced Monday, October 20 at 12 p.m. ET/11 a.m. CT, before the Men’s Basketball Preseason Coaches’ Poll and Preseason All-Conference Teams are unveiled at 1 p.m. ET/12 p.m. CT.
The Sun Belt Conference basketball season will culminate with the 2026 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships which will be held March 3-9, 2026 at the Pensacola Bay Center in Pensacola, Fla.
