Three Sun Belt Men's Soccer Players Earn All-America Honors

NEW ORLEANS – West Virginia's Marcus Caldeira, UCF’s Clarence Awoudor and Georgia Southern’s Ricky Louis have been named 2025 All-American’s by United Soccer Coaches.

Among the 35 players receiving All-American recognition Caldeira is one of six earning the second All-America honors of their careers. Previously a second team honoree, the senior is the only Sun Belt player to earn first team distinction in 2025.
 
In his final season with the Mountaineers, Caldeira was named the Sun Belt Player and Offensive Player of the Year after scoring 14 goals and recording seven assists. He was also named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region First Team and a MAC Hermann Trophy finalist.
 
Awoudor, in his final year of his collegiate career set a single season career best in matches played (21), goals scored (7), assists (15), shot attempts (62) and shots on goal (28) en route to an All-Sun Belt First Team selection and CSC All-Region honor.
 
Louis led the team with his eight goals while tallying three assists to finish with 19 points in 2025. Louis was recognized as a national and Sun Belt Player of the Week, named to the Hermann Trophy Midseason Watch List, a CSC All-Region team and named to the final roster of the MLS College Showcase.
