Sun Belt Women’s Swimming & Diving Championship Set to Begin Wednesday in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. - The 2025 Sun Belt Conference Women's Swimming & Diving Championship will be contested Wednesday through Saturday (Feb. 19-22) at the Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center.

The event will be free and open to the public, and will mark the second consecutive Sun Belt Women’s Swimming & Diving Championship at the Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center.
 
The 2025 Sun Belt Women’s Swimming & Diving Championship will be broadcast on ESPN+. All four days of the Championships will feature live coverage. Thursday and Friday will feature the diving at 1 p.m. EST with the later session beginning at 6 p.m. EST.
 
Andrew DuBos Beyer (play-by-play) will serve as the on-air talent, while SwimCloud will provide live results. ESPN+ links and live results are available on the Sun Belt Championship Central Page.
 
Day one of the event will showcase the 200 Medley Relay, Team Diving and the 800 Freestyle Relay. The three events will begin at 4 p.m.
 
The remainder of the championship will feature morning prelims, followed by diving prelims and consolations. All the evening sessions will feature the finals for the morning swimming and diving events with a relay event to close out the day.
 
Day two will feature the 500 Freestyle, 200 Individual Medley and the 50 Freestyle. The 3-meter Diving prelims and consolations will take place at 1 p.m. Thursday will conclude with the 3-meter Diving final and the 200 Freestyle Relay final.
 
Friday’s swimming events include the 100 Butterfly, 400 Individual Medley, 200 Freestyle, 100 Breaststroke and 100 Backstroke. The 1-meter Diving prelims and consolation finals will take place at 1 p.m. before the night session at 6 p.m. The 1-meter Diving final and the 400 Medley Relay will conclude the session.
 
On the final day of the Championship, the 200 Backstroke, 100 Freestyle, 200 Breaststroke and 200 Butterfly will compete. The Platform Diving exhibition will take place at 1 p.m. before the pair of heats in the 1650 Freestyle at 4:50 p.m. The long distance freestyle event will open the finals at 6 p.m. to be followed the finals for the morning events. The Platform Diving and 400 Freestyle Relay events will conclude the championship in Orlando.
