Sun Belt Football Alumni Set for Panini Senior Bowl

NEW ORLEANS – For the fourth time in as many weeks, Sun Belt football alumni will participate in a collegiate all-star game following a 2025 campaign in which it paced non-autonomy conferences in Bowl Season representation for the fourth-straight year.

Two alums will compete in the 77th annual Panini Senior Bowl at South Alabama’s Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, Ala., at 2:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, Jan. 31. The game will be nationally televised on NFL Network.

Both representatives—Georgia State senior wide receiver Ted Hurst and South Alabama graduate student wide receiver Devin Voisin—were All-Sun Belt honorees in 2025. Hurst was a First Team pick, while Voisin was a Second Team selection.

Sun Belt standouts have featured in each of this year’s four collegiate all-star games, concluding with the Panini Senior Bowl on Saturday.

The Sun Belt has produced multiple NFL Draft selections in 21-of-24 drafts since it began sponsoring football in 2001, with four of its six highest NFL Draft totals coming over the past six seasons. The Sun Belt registered a conference-record nine selections in 2023, seven draftees in 2020 and six picks in 2022 and 2024. The Sun Belt has tallied six-or-more draft picks on six occasions all-time (2010, 2012, 2020, 2022, 2023 & 2024).

Linebacker Mike Green—the 2024 Sun Belt Player of the Year—was a second round pick by the Baltimore Ravens in last year’s NFL Draft. Green appeared in all 17 games during the 2025-26 regular season, tallying 41 tackles, seven tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks and a forced fumble as a rookie.

Alongside Green, Arkansas State offensive lineman Jacob Bayer—an undrafted free agent pickup by the Cincinnati Bengals—and South Alabama wide receiver Jamaal Pritchett—an undrafted free agent signee by the New York Jets—earned NFL roster spots this season after competing in last year’s Senior Bowl.
