NEW ORLEANS – Following a campaign in which two Sun Belt Conference programs hosted NCAA Baseball Regionals for the first time in conference history and Coastal Carolina advanced to the championship series at the College World Series,
the conference joins ESPN in announcing updates to its 2026 baseball schedule.
The Sun Belt is 1-of-12 conferences to be featured among more than 160 regular-season and conference tournament games on ESPN’s linear networks.
National runner-up Coastal Carolina’s in-state non-conference matchup with Clemson at 7:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. CT on Tuesday, March 24, will air on ACC Network.
The Chanticleers conference clash with Georgia State at 7:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, April 18, will be broadcast on ESPNU.
Coastal Carolina’s mid-week non-conference matchup with North Carolina at 7:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. CT on Tuesday, April 28, will air on ACC Network.
Nationally-noted matchups such as Mississippi State at Southern Miss (Tuesday, March 3), Wake Forest at Coastal Carolina (Tuesday, March 10) and Clemson at Coastal Carolina (Tuesday, May 5) will headline this year’s ESPN+ slate, which will also include every home game during Sun Belt Conference play.
