PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Sun Belt announced a series of suspensions resulting from a fight during the South Alabama vs. Coastal Carolina game during the second round of the Visit Pensacola Sun Belt Women’s Basketball Championship presented by Air Force Reserve. 
 
Because they were deemed to have engaged in a fight, by NCAA rule the following suspensions were issued: 
 
From Coastal Carolina—#13 Tracey Hueston (1 game). 

From South Alabama—#11 Amyah Sutton (1 game), #20 Daniela Gonzalez (1 game) and #22 Cordasia Harris (1 game). 
 
Following a review of available video footage, the Sun Belt has imposed the following additional suspension: 
 
From Coastal Carolina—#13 Tracey Hueston (remainder of the 2025-26 season, including any potential postseason). 

Official Marla Gearhart, who left the game due to injury, was evaluated by medical personnel at the Pensacola Bay Center and was released.

The Sun Belt considers this matter closed and will have no further comment.
