STATESBORO, Ga. – For the second consecutive start Summer Ellyson fired a shutout and the offense manufactured a pair of late runs leading No. 10 Louisiana to a 2-0 win over Georgia Southern on Friday at Eagle Field.

TROY, Ala. – Kaylee Hussey smashed a walk-off double in the bottom of the eighth inning to give Troy the extra innings win over UTA in game one of the Sun Belt Conference series Friday afternoon at the Troy Softball Complex.
