UTA 9, Appalachian State 7
BOONE, N.C. – Aileen Garcia hit a ninth inning grand slam to lift the UT Arlington softball team over Appalachian State on Sunday, 9-7, completing the three-game sweep.  This is the third straight sweep against conference foes, the longest such stretch in Maverick history.

South Alabama 5, Georgia Southern 2
MOBILE, Ala.
– Freshman pitcher Samantha Yarbrough tossed a one-hitter and South Alabama used a four-run first as the Jaguars picked up a 5-2 Senior Day victory over Georgia Southern at Jaguar Field in the regular-season home finale to take the Sun Belt Conference series over the Eagles.

Louisiana 3, Coastal Carolina 2
LAFAYETTE, La.
– Summer Ellyson pitched perfect relief and Alissa Dalton used heads-up baserunning to score the winning for No. 8 Louisiana Softball in a 3-2 win over Coastal Carolina on Sunday which gave the 2019 senior class a win in their regular season home finale at Yvette Girouard Field at Lamson Park.

ULM 5, Georgia State 4
ATLANTA – Jaclyn Kresta's two-run double to left-center field in the sixth inning proved to be the difference as the ULM softball team won its second Sun Belt Conference series in as many weekends, edging Georgia State, 5-4, in the series finale.

Texas State 2, Troy 0
SAN MARCOS, Texas 
– Texas State (27-21, 15-8 Sun Belt) took the rubber match by a score of 2-0 against Troy (35-18, 17-8 Sun Belt) on Sunday afternoon at Bobcat Softball Stadium. The program honored three seniors in the postgame Senior Day festivities: outfielder Mari Cranek, outfielder Kennedy Cline, and pitcher Krista Jacobs.
