STATESBORO, Ga. – Three Eagle pitchers combined on a three-hit shutout as Georgia Southern softball celebrated Senior Day with a 2-0 Sun Belt Conference victory over visiting Georgia State on Saturday at Eagle Field. 

Coastal Carolina 4, Appalachian State 1
CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina (35-19, 13-14 Sun Belt) celebrated Senior Day on Saturday afternoon at St. John Stadium with a 4-1 victory over Appalachian State (31-12, 13-13) as all four seniors contributed to the win.

Troy 4, South Alabama 3
TROY, Ala. – Senior Madeline Porter smashed a walk-off single to push Troy past South Alabama, 4-3, in the Senior Day series finale Saturday afternoon at the Troy Softball Complex. 

UTA 8, Texas State 7
ARLINGTON, Texas – A five-run seventh inning lifted UTA (29-24, 17-10 Sun Belt) over Texas State and into third place in the Sun Belt standings. KJ Murphy's two-run single completed the rally for the Mavericks.

Louisiana at ULM
MONROE, La. – Continued inclement weather on Saturday morning in the Monroe area forced the cancellation of the scheduled doubleheader between No. 8 Louisiana and ULM. Rain showers, which began in the overnight hours, persisted early Saturday morning leading to unplayable conditions at the ULM Softball Complex.
