Arkansas State Wins 2020 Sun Belt Women’s Cross Country Championship

MOBILE, Ala. - Arkansas State claimed the 2020 Sun Belt Women's Cross Country Championship on Saturday, Oct. 31 in Mobile, Ala., beating App State by three points to claim back-to-back Conference titles.

South Alabama’s Carolien Millenaar was the women's individual champion with a time of 17:12.6. 

A-State placed three runners in the top seven to finish with 44 points edging out App State who had three runners in the top eight and a team total of 47 points.

Coach of the Year, Newcomer of the Year and Freshman of the Year winners will be released next week.
