NEW ORLEANS – Georgia State beach volleyball’s duo comprising junior Savannah Ebarb and freshman Bella Troncale have been named Sun Belt Conference Beach Volleyball Pair of the Week after going undefeated during the GSU Day of Duals in Atlanta, Ga.

The honor is Georgia State’s first of the season and it’s the third individually in Ebarb’s career with the Panthers. The two-time All-Sun Belt First Team honoree earned Sun Belt Pair of the Week alongside former teammate Destiny White twice during the 2024 campaign.

Ebarb and Troncale recorded a 3-0 record playing on court No. 1 during the Panthers’ home tournament winning each match in straight sets. The tandem defeated Eastern Kentucky, 21-19, 24-22, before topping Austin Peay, 21-16, 21-12, and Tennessee Tech, 21-17, 21-19. The duo owns a 12-7 overall record this season with all 19 results playing as Georgia State’s top pair.
