CONWAY – Coastal Carolina junior Sunny Sigurvinsdottir hit the first goal of the game to lead the Chanticleers to a 2-0 victory over the Georgia State Panthers in Conway on Friday night. The win improved the Chants record to 5-6-2 overall on the season and 3-2-1 in Sun Belt play while the Panthers fell to 4-7-2 overall and 1-3-1 in conference action.

LITTLE ROCK – The Little Rock soccer team (4-5-6, 1-1-4 Sun Belt) earned its first Sun Belt victory of the season this evening in a critical 4-0 shutout of ULM (3-8-2, 0-5 Sun Belt), giving the Trojans three points toward conference play to move them up the rankings.

STATESBORO, Ga. – University of South Alabama sophomore Morgan Cross tallied a pair of goals in the first five minutes of the contest to lead the Jaguars to a 3-0 defeat of Georgia Southern Friday night at Eagle Field. The Jaguars move into the top spot in the Sun Belt Conference standings with the win, and boast a 10-3-2 overall record and a 5-1-1 mark in the league. The Eagles fall to 4-7-1 and 1-3-1.

SAN MARCOS, Texas – Junior Mackenzie Smith was at the right place at the right time as she followed up a rebound to score the lone goal of the match in the Texas State soccer team's 1-0 victory over Louisiana on a chilly Friday evening at the Bobcat Soccer Complex. The Bobcats improved to 7-5-2 on the season and 3-2-1 in the Sun Belt Conference while the Ragin' Cajuns fall to 6-5-3 overall and 2-2-2 in conference play.

Jonesboro, Ark. (10/11/19) – In a match that featured 24 combined attempts at the net, the Arkansas State Soccer Team battled to a 1-1 draw against Troy, Friday night at the A-State Soccer Complex. Following the match that included two of the league’s top three teams, the Red Wolves moved to 7-4-2 on the year and 3-1-2 in the Sun Belt Conference while Troy slide to 10-2-4 on the year and 4-1-2 in the SBC.
