James Madison’s Lackey Represents Sun Belt Conference with 2025 All-America Accolade

NEW ORLEANS – James Madison sophomore forward Ginny Lackey has been named to the 2025 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I Women's Soccer All-America Fourth Team.

Lackey garners All-America honors for the second year in a row after collecting a third team nod as a freshman in 2024.

The 2025 Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Year, Lackey tallied 11 goals and six assists for 28 total points. She led the conference with three multi-goal performances and ranked second in goals scored and tied for sixth in assists. Lackey’s four game-winning goals were also tied for the league lead.

The announcement comes just days after seventeen Sun Belt women’s soccer players earned 2025 United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region recognition.

Lackey will be recognized for her accomplishment at the United Soccer Coaches All-America Ceremony & Reception on Saturday, January 17, 2026, in Philadelphia, Pa., in conjunction with the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
