MOBILE, Ala. – Senior Briana Morris scored in the 29th minute to give the University of South Alabama soccer team a 1-0 victory over Appalachian State and the program's fifth Sun Belt Conference title in the last six seasons Friday night at Sage Park.
The Jaguars increase their win streak to five in a row to go to 13-3-2 overall and 8-1-1 in the conference. The Mountaineers fall to 4-9-3 and 2-3-2.

With the win, the Chanticleers improved to 6-8-2 overall and a 4-4-1 Sun Belt record while the Red Wolves fell to 8-5-3 on the season and 4-2-3 in conference action.
Cajuns Punch Postseason Ticket After 2-0 Win Over Georgia Southern
LAFAYETTE – Freshman Karleen Bedre scored a pair of goals in the first 14 minutes of play and the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Women's Soccer team earned its first berth in the Sun Belt Conference Championships since 2016 as it blanked Georgia Southern, 2-0, on a rainy Friday night at the Ragin' Cajuns Soccer/Track Complex.
Mackenzie Lee posted her fifth shutout of the season – and ninth of her career – as Louisiana (8-6-3, 4-3-2 Sun Belt) improved to 5-0-1 at home this season heading into Sunday's regular-season finale against Troy (11-2-4, 6-1-2 Sun Belt). The win also secured the Ragin' Cajuns first non-losing season since posting a 9-8-2 mark in 2014.

MONROE, La. – Georgia State women's soccer extended its win streak to three games after knocking off ULM 2-0 Friday night at Brown Stadium, picking up three crucial points in conference play with only one regular season game remaining.

SAN MARCOS, Texas -- The heart and spirit of the Troy University soccer program was on full display Friday evening, as the red-hot Trojans defeated the Texas State Bobcats 1-0 in the first overtime period at the Bobcat Soccer Complex.
The senior combination was in full-effect once again Friday, as Kiersten Edlund delivered a perfect corner kick service that found classmate Maddie Brune on the back post, who calmly headed a shot past Bobcat goalkeeper Heather Martin with just one-minute remaining in the first overtime period.
