NEW ORLEANS – Troy's Jake Springer and Georgia State's Paryia Sanpanawat both won individual titles last week to earn Sun Belt Men's and Women's Golfers of the Week.
Men’s Golfer of the Week
Jake Springer, Troy

Springer won his second individual title of the season after claiming individual medalist honors at The All-American. Springer shot 70-69-70, finishing 7-under for the week. The senior becomes the first Trojan since 2007 to win multiple events in a season. Springer bogeyed only four holes in the tournament, tied for the third fewest in the field
Troy finished second as a team, the tournament featured the nation's No. 16 ranked team in UNLV, which Troy beat by 23 strokes.
Women’s Golfer of the Week
Paryia Sanpanawat, Georgia State
(So., Bangkok, Thailand)
Sanpanawat tied for first place to lead the Panthers to a third-place finish at the Bama Beach Bash. This is her second win of the season with a total card 2-under par after shooting 72-71-71 through three rounds. The sophomore led the course in Par 4s with 3.92 (-2).
