CHAMPIONSHIP CENTRAL | ROUND 3 RESULTS

POINT CLEAR, Ala. – Georgia Southern, Coastal Carolina, Southern Miss and ULM advanced to match play following 54 holes of stroke play at the 2025 Sun Belt Conference Women’s Golf Championship on Wednesday afternoon at Lakewood Golf Club.

Georgia Southern earned the No. 1 seed with a score of 6-over par 870 as a team and will take on No. 4 seed ULM (885, +21), while Coastal Carolina earned the No. 2 seed with a score of 15-over par 879 and will meet No. 3 seed Southern Miss (880, +16) in the semifinals. Play begins at 7:30 a.m. (CT) Thursday with action airing on ESPN+.

Southern Miss senior Momoka Ando earned Sun Belt individual medalist honors after shooting nine-under par through the three rounds of stroke play. Ando shot 70-68-69 (207) and was the only player to be under par in all three rounds.
 
In addition to Ando, the top six finishers earn all-tournament honors which included Georgia Southern’s Louise Reau and ULM’s Daniela Campillo who tied for second and three-under par (213), Georgia Southern’s LoraLie Cowart who placed fourth at two-under par (214), Old Dominion’s Lucia Gonzalez who placed fifth at even-par (216) and Texas State’s Yvonne Chamness and ULM’s Anna Andrysova who tied for sixth with total cards of one-over par (217).

The semifinal and championship match play rounds begin at 7:30 a.m. CT on Thursday and will be broadcast on ESPN+ with live scoring available through Scoreboard.

The Lakewood Golf Club, a member of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, had its beginnings in 1944. Perry Maxwell, designer of the Tulsa Southern Hills Country Club, created Lakewood’s original Dogwood course in 1947, making it the first professional quality golf course in south Alabama. Lakewood Golf Club hosted the 1974, 1986 and 2021 U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur Championship.
