NEW ORLEANS – UNCW’s duo of graduate Gracie Sistrunk and senior Lyvia Trimp has been named Sun Belt Conference Beach Volleyball Pair of the Week for the second week in a row following an undefeated weekend at the league’s midseason tournament.

The 2025 Sun Belt Pair of the Year, Sistrunk and Trimp received the conference’s top weekly honor for the fourth time overall after receiving the recognition twice during the 2025 campaign. They become the first duo to earn the accolade in consecutive weeks since Georgia State’s Maddy Delmonte and Ayla Johnson in 2023.

Sistrunk and Trimp recorded a 4-0 record playing as the Seahawks’ No. 1 pairing against Georgia State, ULM, Mercer and Southern Miss and won three of their four matches in straight sets. The tandem also improved their winning streak to eight and have now won nine of their last 10 outings.
