NEW ORLEANS – Following the conclusion of the regular season Saturday, the Sun Belt Conference announced the seeds and matchups for the 2026 Sun Belt Beach Volleyball Championship. 
 
Following an unblemished conference campaign, Coastal Carolina (21-10, 6-0 SBC) earned the No. 1 seed for the postseason event, which will be held from April 23-25 at the Foley Sports Tourism Complex in Foley, Ala.
 
All seven Sun Belt beach volleyball programs will compete in the three-day, double-elimination championship, with the victor earning the conference’s automatic berth into the National Collegiate Beach Volleyball Championship. 
 
In the Sun Belt’s fourth season sponsoring beach volleyball, Coastal Carolina earned the championship’s top seed for the second time, receiving a first round bye. The Chanticleers defeated three-time defending champion Georgia State, 3-2, at the Sun Belt Mid-Season Tournament on March 27.
 
The No. 2-seeded Panthers (17-18, 4-1 SBC) are 12-0 all-time in Sun Belt Beach Volleyball Championship action. 
 
Every match from the 2026 Sun Belt Beach Volleyball Championship will be nationally broadcast on ESPN+.
