Alexandros Roumpis, Georgia Southern (Fr., Athens, Greece)
Georgia Southern freshman Alexandros Roumpis was strong in the middle of the Eagles' singles lineup with three wins at the No. 4 spot to extend his singles winning streak to five and improve his spring singles record to 6-2. Roumpis capped his week with a pair of straight-set wins on the same day to help Georgia Southern to a 4-3 victory over Gardner-Webb and a 4-0 victory over South Carolina State. He teamed with senior Diego Finkelstein in doubles for two wins at the No. 3 position to move their spring record to 3-2.
