NEW ORLEANS – Taylor Trible of Southern Miss earns Sun Belt women’s golfer of the week after ending the fall season with a tournament title.

Tible won Southern Miss’s home tournament, The Judson, with a total card of 211 (72-69-70) one off her career low. The senior helped Southern Miss win the tournament during a two-hole playoff against Tulane, while shattering the program's 54-hole record with a 851 as a team.
 
She birdied three of her last five holes to help Southern Miss force the playoff after trailing late in the final round. Trible finished top five in scoring on par 3s and par 4s, while tying for sixth in scoring on par 5s.
