NEW ORLEANS – Sophomore TK Kongthong of Georgia State earned her first individual title of the spring season, earning Sun Belt women’s golfer of the week.

Kongthong shot 2-under at the Puerto Rice Iguana Invitational to finish as a co-medalist. Despite an opening round of 1-over, the sophomore was able to follow with a second round of 71 (-1) and a final round of 70 (-2).
 
Her performance led the Panthers to a first-place team finish, its first title this season.
