NEW ORLEANS – Freshman Grace Quintanilla of Texas State earned her second consecutive top five finish, earning Sun Belt women’s golfer of the week.

Quintanilla led the Bobcats with her second consecutive top five finish tying for fifth at the Lady Luck Invitational, carding a 217 (+1).
 
The freshman opened the event with a 2-under 70 on the first 18, which included seven of her team-leading nine birdies at the tournament. Rounds of 74 and 73 would round out the 54-hole event at 1-over par.
 
She has now led the Bobcats in four of 7 tournaments played this season and has 20 of 21 rounds counted and 11 rounds even or under par.
